To improve the quality of the product, reduce development costs and shorten the development period, CAE is inevitably applied from the very early stage of development. To achieve the above, we are conducting customization of various commercial CAE software, development of automatic data generator for CAE analysis and proper in-house programs, conversion programs from a main-frame computer to EWS or PC, training and technical support.

Combination of energy absorbing front/rear structure and highly stiff cabin structure is important for passenger's safety. Crashworthiness simulation enables engineers to examine safety space for passengers, airbag characteristics and so on.

Strength & Stiffness analysis

Engineers analyze parts of components by adopting of an integrated analysis system developed by MCOR, which consists of pre/post processors and solvers. MCOR has developed design optimization systems.

Aerodynamic & Fluid flow analysis

There are many flow analysis items for example external flow around a car body, internal flow in a cabin, fluid flow in an engine, spray into an engine cylinder, engine cooling, casting and so on. To analyze the above items, we have developed an execution system including both commercial and in-house solvers, and a visualization system.
